Trina Thomson, Brisbane Head Teacher
We are delighted to announce the appointment of Trina Thomson as our Head Teacher in Brisbane. Trina is without doubt one of Australia's most talented decorators and we feel very lucky to have her as a key member of our team. Having received her Bachelor of Fine Arts, Trina worked first as a scenic artist in the film industry before moving on to join a cake studio in Brisbane. She also studied at the Bonnie Gordon School in Toronto, graduating with High Distinctions. More details coming soon! |

Keira JohnsonKeira has been cake decorating since 2007 and teaches our Cupcake classes. She also has a post-graduate qualification in Adult Education and has found a fantastic outlet that allows her to combine her enthusiasm for cakes and for teaching. |
Adele BourneAdele is a qualified chef and has been cake decorating since 1993. She has worked in the hospitality industry for all of her working life and this has included running several busy catering operations. |
